Testing Day at LCHS

All Freshmen will report to mentoring room at 7:45am to participate in pre MCAS testing.

WELCOME BACK TO SCHOOL

As your mentoring  teacher it is my responsibility
to help you be prepared as you start your school day. I am looking forward to
helping you during this IMPORTANT FIRST YEAR of High School.

Please remember the following:

  1. School begins each day at
    7:45 AM
. I will be in class each day before that.
  2. If you are not in your seat at 8:00 AM, you must
report to the TARDY DESK. Excessive and/or frequent tardiness will result in
disciplinary action by the Vice Principals. Let’s avoid that!
  3. If you are absent from school, please bring an absence note for the Vice Principal.
In order to be successful you need to be here! ANY STUDENT WITH 7 OR MORE
UNEXCUSED ABSENCES IN A MARKING PERIOD WILL FAIL FOR THE QUARTER. UGH!!!
  4. If you need to leave mentoring room, I will give you a Pass. YOU SHOULD
ALWAYS HAVE A SIGNED PASS WHEN
YOU LEAVE A CLASSROOM FOR ANY REASON! Be prepared to show this pass if any adult
    asks you.
  5. WE WILL BE SHARING A LOT OF  INFORMATION DURING MENTORING!!! You are expected to listen and
    participate- ask questions and learn!

Please feel free to ask me questions if you need help. My email address is
ellisc@lynnschools.org.
