Week of 9/26/’11 to9/30/’11:  Review Quiz; Go over weekly Newspaper Article and Review H.W. which is due evry-other week (on Friday); students will present this Article every other week. Students will locate a “Criminal’ or “Civil” Law Article from the Newspaper (“Lynn Items” provided), provide the facts related to it, define the crime being discussed and apply the facts to the law. Also, introduce “Civil” Law; students will be able to define the “Burden of Proof’, identify which party bears this burdeen and be able to list the elements of a “Tort” case.
