SECOND QUARTER:

Provide proof that you have visited Collegeboard.com (link on my main page…just under the rocks) and answered the SAT question of the day for 10 CONSECUTIVE days.  You will need to create a login/password at the site in order to do this.

This extra credit is worth a free 100% quiz grade.

FIRST QUARTER: (DUE BY NOVEMBER 8th)

In a short essay (300 words or less), thoughtfully answer the following question:

What can bystanders do to prevent bullying of students who are different (or perceived as different) from others?

As extra-credit, this assignment will be graded in accordance to the 6-Trait RAMS Writing Rubric.  It will substitute a test grade of lesser value (exceptions may apply).  This is an NCTE English Journal Assignment…calling for student writing.  If your essay is really good, I’m going to submit it!
