My Expectations

You are ending your high school career. For you, this is a very important year. I can help you with the stresses of college. We will work on your essays. For many of you, I will be writing recommendations. You are seniors. I expect you to act like the mature, responsible young adults you are. In terms of your behavior, I expect you to act in a mature, responsible manner. That means you must follow the school rules as well as my classroom rule: the Magic Door. This class can be as fun or as horrible as you make it. So plan to make it a good year.

Cheating and plagiarism will not be tolerated. If I catch you, I will give you a zero. There may be other consequences as well, up to and including removal from the class. All rules as outlined in the Student/Teacher handbook are in effect.
