Rules

1. On time.

4. No preparation = poor results.
5. Ask questions often.
6. Think about what you want.
7. Attitude and cooperation.
8. Respect others, yourself, and the classroom.
9. Extra help is there if you need it.
10. Pay attention to the rules of the school. They will be enforced in the classroom.

Grading

20%                 Classroom conduct, effort and homework.

20 – 30%         Projects, journals.

60 – 70%         All tests and quizzes.

Extra credit     Ask the teacher.

Absences

1. See Student Handbook, page 26 ( Attendance – Dissmissal) for school procedures.

2. The student is responsible for making up work missed by absence. this includes asking for classwork and homework, and for keeping a current notebook.

3. Most tests are on Friday. If you miss a test, make – up days will be the following Tuesday and Wednesday.

4. Most tests are based on information given in student notebooks. Students who do not bring their notebooks will lose 5 points off their quarterly average.
